The Group is certified by a Quality Management System in accordance with Germanischer Lloyd Certification GmbH ISO 9001:2000.
The Classification Societies are more and more important in terms of supervision during vessel's construction and during its operation. The supervisors from the Classification Society are the independent party that guarantees the vessels' building is strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations mentioned in the contract signed with the clients, while the imposed quality standards are observed and complied with by the Group.
Our policy is to provide products and services that meet or even exceed the clients' expectations as regards to their quality, safety, and performances during operation and environmental approach.
A permanent task of our Group is to ensure that offered products and services are delivered and complying with the statutory requirements and international fabrication standards.
METALICA DG is authorized by ISCIR:
METALICA DG has been approved as a manufacturer in accordance with Lloyd's Register rules of ships classification for fusion welded pressure vessels class 2.1 (Certificate no. MD00/3298/0003/PB)
METALICA DG is approved for the manufacture of welded pressure vessels, class II in accordance with DNV's rules for classification of ships.
Our personnel and welding procedure have been authorized with LLOYDS REGISTER, Det Norske Veritas, GL, ABS, and Bureau Veritas.

METALICA DG is authorized by ISCIR:
- for execution and repair of under pressure vessels Vmax = 500 mc, Pmax = 200 bar, T = -50 ÷ +440°C according to Authorization no.CTPTC4/1/TIPB/1/285/18.07.2008;
- for mounting and repair of steam vessels Qmax = 50t/h, Pnmax = 150 bar, Tmax = 450 °C and hot water vessels Dmax = 50 Gcal/h, Pnmax = 25 bar, Tmax = 150 °C according to Authorization no. CTPTC1/TIPB/2/286/18.07.2008;
- mounting and repair of metallic piping for fluids from group 1 and 2 , PS = 140 bar, Dmax = 500 mm, T = -50 ÷ +440 °C according to Authorization no. CTPTC6/TIPB/1/287/18.07.2008.
